Refund Policy


Pre-shipment - This is is normal. Majority of the shipping process takes place in pre-shipment up to even 2.5 wks. After this your order will be expedited in less than 2 days. This means that your order has been shipped but has not been handed over to the USPS. At this stage the refund can only be made when the order is shipped back.

How do I return something?

We offer a replacement for a product that is defective or damaged during shipping.

Just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Our Replacement Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Kindly take note that every purchase with us is consider deemed and final and can only be refunded on point of return. After ordering you have 24hrs to cancel and change the shipping address.
