How do I return something?

We offer a replacement for a product that is defective or damaged during shipping.

Just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Our Replacement Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped/pre-shipment or need to return the order after delivery, the order has to be shipped back to our warehouse at [5833 spring hollow drive, Toledo OH, zip 43615] to receive a refund.  All shipping Costs will be covered by the customer.
